Dear Leonard,

Enclosed you will find the final copy of the Constitution of
the Mid-State Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO. This is the
constitution that we will be bringing to our October 6, 1993
General Meeting for vote and ratification.

I would be very surprised if there were any ammendments or
changes to this. I believe that you can be confident this will

pass as it is and that you can pass this on to the higher ups as
our proposed constitution. Also, I am proceeding on the

assumption that this will be accepted, as we discussed, and that
we are, for all practical purposes an affiliated council.

Hope all is well with you. I look forward to hearing from
you when you get some information on it. Take care.

In Solidarity,

Coert Bonthius, Coordinator
