During House floor debate on the bill, I did express some reservations about various provisions of the bill that I thought would ultimately be too burdensome, and counterproductive to the goals of better employee-management relations and more jobs. We were successful in removing those provisions from the bill, and I wholeheartedly supported final passage. Of course, the Senate still has to consider the bill, and chances are they may not even bring it up for a vote, but I will continue to fight at every opportunity for the rights and interests of American working men and women. I appreciate your support. Please feel free to contact me again. With warmest regards, ehlert Member Congress SB:dc eapeci@ily anve vee ome 3
